  • Delays caused by the client may extend delivery schedules.

4. Payments

  • All payments must be made according to agreed invoice terms.
  • Delayed or incomplete payments may result in suspension of services.
  • Applicable taxes and transaction charges shall be borne by the client.

5. Hosting & Server Usage

Clients shall not use our hosting or server infrastructure for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Spam or phishing
  • Malware distribution
  • Hacking attempts
  • Copyright infringement
  • Adult or prohibited content
  • Excessive resource usage affecting server stability

We reserve the right to suspend any account violating these conditions.

6. Downtime & Maintenance

  • Hosting and server services may occasionally experience scheduled maintenance or technical interruptions.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services at all times.
  • Minor downtime, maintenance windows, or third-party outages may occur without prior notice.

7. Technical Support

  • Technical support shall be provided according to the selected service plan.
  • Support response times may vary depending on issue complexity.
  • Third-party plugins, themes, software, or integrations may have limited support coverage.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All company branding, software, graphics, content, source code, and materials remain the intellectual property of Bankonite Communications Private Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Client Content & Data

Clients retain ownership of their uploaded content and data.

However:

  • The client is solely responsible for content legality and permissions.
  • We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, hacking, accidental deletion, or unauthorized access.
  • Clients are advised to maintain independent backups of their data.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party providers such as:

We are not responsible for outages, delays, or policy changes from third-party providers.
